Meet the Chef

After graduating from the Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Miami, he completed his externship at Two Chefs restaurant in Kendall.  After just six months at Two Chefs, he was promoted to Sous Chef. Acosta continued to hone his skills working at various top-notch restaurants and resorts throughout South Florida, including Fairmont Turnberry Isle Resort and Hotel Victor.  In 2008, Acosta cooked his way into the position of Executive Sous Chef at the newly opened da Campo Osteria in IL Lugano Hotel, Fort Lauderdale. Later he was recruited by KNR Food Concepts to open the W South Beach Hotel as the Executive Sous Chef. After two years at the W, he was ready to take charge of his own kitchen, and returned to da Campo to take on the role of Executive Chef.
